WARRANTY

Warranty is for new products sold in the USA only. For International Warranty information please contact your local Distributor.

What is the Guardian warranty policy?

A warranty begins when you purchase a new item from an authorized dealer, either from a physical store or online. The user is responsible for all freight charges with any warranty repair or exchange.

Where can I send a warranty card?

Our products do not require that you register for warranty service. However, our warranties do require that you keep a copy of your original sales receipt. Please make sure to keep all relevant paperwork in a safe place.

How do I obtain warranty service?

Please complete our Warranty Request Form to initiate a claim.

This warranty shall not apply to wearable parts. These items may include, but are not limited to, latches, feet, zippers, and handles. This warranty shall not apply if the product has, at any time, been misused or damaged as a result of neglect, abuse, improper handling or storage, unauthorized repair or modification, accident or causes external to the product, such as, but not limited to, excessive heat or humidity.

Guardian's warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling from a freight company nor airline. Claims for freight handling or airline damage should be directly addressed with the freight company or airline in question.

The Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the warranty service. Items must be safely packed in double box packaging and Guardian recommends confirming shipping insurance for the value of the product with the end user’s chosen shipping company.
